Pragma Systems Ships Communications Software

Austin-based Prama Systems, a developer of remote access and security software for the Windows market, said today that it has released three software applications for HP Integrity servers with Itanium processors. According to Pragma, its FortressSSH Server, Pragma TelnetServer and Pragma ClientSuite software products all can run on the HP Integrity. The software is focused on enterprise customers, to provide secured remote access, file transfer, and telnet management. Pragma's FortressSSH server is a server supporting the secure shell (SSH) protocol, which is used for secure access to computers; TelnetServer provides telnet access, another communications protocol for logging into remote servers.
