Planview Buys Innotas

Austin-based software developer Planview announced this morning that it has acquired Innotas, a developer of cloud-based, IT project portfolio management (PPM) software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Innotas was based in San Francisco, California. According to the two companies, they now have a combined 700 employees and $180M in annual revenues. Planview is led by Greg Gilmore.
