Pervasive Narrows Guidance

Austin-based Pervasive Software, a developer of data management and data integration software, said today that it has narrowed its guidance for its fiscal fourth quarter, ending June 30, 2010. The firm said it expects revenues between $11.6M and $11.8M, and its thirty-eighth consecutive quarter of profitability. The firm had previously given guidance of revenues between $11.0M and $12.0M in an April 30th press release. Pervasive said the quarter will market its ninth consecutive year of profitability.
