Pariveda Solutions Buys California Firm

Dallas-based Pariveda Solutions, a provider of consulting and technical services, said today that it has acquired Softagon Corporation, a San Francisco-based software and services company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Softagon provides products for hedge funds, investment management firms, and corporations.
