Ortho Kinematics Gets $2M

Austin-based Ortho Kinematics announced this morning that it has raised $2M in a funding round, as part of a Series B funding. Source of the funding was not announced. According to the company, the new funds will go towards commercialization of its VMA (Vertebral Motion Analysis) technology. That technology is being aimed at capturing and tracking the movement of a patient's spine, to help improve the diagnosis and treatment of back pain. More information »
