OnAsset Intelligence Finds New Funding

Irvine-based OnAsset Intelligence, a provider of machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless asset tracking products, announced today that it has secured a new funding round. The amount of new funding was not disclosed. The round came from Main Street Capital Corporation and an investment entity controlled by Roy W. Haley. A recent regulatory filing indicates the round may have been worth around $6.0M. As part of the funding, Curtis L. Hartman of Main Street Capital, Haley, and Chuck Robison, a CPA at Robison & Company, have joined the company's board of directors. Haley is the former Chairman of WESCO International. OnAsset Intelligence's products are used for wireless telemetry and tracking of shipped items, including on commercial airliners. More information »
