NetIQ Enhances VMware Support

Houston, Texas-based NetIQ, a provider of IT management software, said today that it has released a new version of its management software for the VMware server virtualization environment. NetIQ said its module for VMware, which is part of its NetIQ AppManager software, provides performance and availability monitoring of virtual machines in VMware VirtualCenter and VMware ESX Server. NetIQ is a unit of Attachmate, and provides software used by IT administrators for managing their enterprises.
