NTT Data Buys Spanish IT Services Company Everis

NTT DATA, the Japanese IT services company which has its U.S. headquarters in Plano, reported today that it has acquired Spanish IT services company everis Group. Financial details of the buy were not announced. everis has more than 10,000 employees worldwide, and had revenues of EUR 591M for the year ended March 31, 2013. Everis has been owned by 3i Group plc, Hutton Collins Partners LLP, Landon Group, and others.
