MumboJumbo Buys Ritual Entertainment

Dallas, Texas-based MumboJumbo has acquired Dallas-based Ritual Entertainment, the firm said last night. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ritual Entertainment has over 30 employees, and has worked on titles like 25 To Life, Delta Force - Black Hawk Down, Counter Strike, Painkiller, and Quake 4. MumboJumbo is a publisher and developer of casual games for PCs and game consoles.
