Mouser Electronics Sponsors Formula E Team

Dallas-based electronics distributor Mouser Electronics says it is again sponsoring a Formula E Team for the next season, its third year sponsoring Formula E racing. According to Mouser, it is teaming up with TTI Inc., Molex, and Panasonic in sponsoring the 2016–17 Faraday Future Dragon Racing team. Mouser said that Formula E racing is a "high-tech sport" that is "paving the way for future automotive technologies." Mouser did not say how much it is investing in the sponsorship. Formula-E cars have an approximately $3.3 million budget cap.
