Mosso Names Executive

Mosso LLC, a provider of enterprise hosting and storage services, reported Tuesday that it has appointed Bruce Runyan to the newly created position of chief uptime officer. The San Antonio, Texas-based company described Runyan as a technology industry and operations veteran who has held leadership positions with startups and Global 100 enterprises. Before joining Mosso, the company noted, Runyan was vice president of operations and customer care at Fonality. Prior to that, he served as director of global IT solutions at Autodesk. He has also held senior-level positions at Genesys Telecommunications, Telepost and Borland International, Mosso said. Mosso is the cloud computing unit of Rackspace.
