Monolith Semiconductor Raises Funding From Littlefuse

Round Rock-based Monolith Semiconductor, a startup developing silicon carbine semiconductor technology, has raised a round of funding from Littelfuse, Littelfuse said today. Financial terms of the investment were not disclsoed. Monolith Semiconductor is developing high-voltage Silicon Carbide switches, which are being aimed at use in energy inverters, power supplies, industrial motor drives, electric vehicles and the smart grid. Monolith is led by Sujit Banerjee.
