ModoPayments Raises $2M For Mobile Payments

Richardson, Texas-based ModoPayments, a developer of mobile payment technology, has raised $2M in a seed funding round, the company disclosed Thursday. The investors in the company included Tim Keith, John Beletic, Jay Kassing, and others.
