Mobestream Media Finds $1.75M For KeyRing

Dallas-based Mobestream Media, the developer of mobile shopping application Key Ring, announced this morning tha tit has raised $1.75M in a funding round. The funding came from Austin Ventures. Mobestream develops Key Ring, a smart phone application which allows users to store their loyalty cards on their phone. The software runs on both the Apple iPhone and Android, with Windows 7 and BlackBerry apps in progress. Mobestream is headed by Chris Fagan. The firm said the funding will go towards the hiring of 10 new employees. More information »
