Mavenir Buys Ulticom

Richardson, Texas-based Mavenir, the developer of products for the telecom market, said today that it has acquired Ulticom, a developer of telecom signaling products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Mavenir said it will use the buy to enhance its portfolio of software products, particularly in the are of 4G LTE and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services.
