Marquis Software Solutions Acquired By Falfurrias Capital Partners

Plano-based Marquis Software Solutions, a developer of marketing software for bank and credit unions, has been acquired by private equity investor Falfurrias Capital Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Falfurrias Capital partners is based in Charlotte, NC. Marquis was founded in 1987 by Les Kassing, and has been managed by sons Jay, John, Jud and Jeff since Kassing retired. Falfurrias Capital Partners is the investment firm of former Bank of America CEO and CFOs Hugh McColl and Marc D. Oken.
