Magnitude Software Raises $100M

Austin-based Magnitude Software said this morning that it has raised $100M in a capital funding, from private equity investor Audax Group. The company--the result of the merger of Noetix and Kalido--is led by Chris Ney. The company said the funding will go to product, growth, and strategic acquisitions. Ney was apointed CEO as part of the funding. Ney previously was at Silverback Enterprise Group. Magnitude Software develops business intelligence, data warehousing, and other enterprise software.
