Magnitude Software Acquires Simba Technologies

Austin-based Magnitude Software announced this morning that it has acquired Simba Technologies, a developer of cross-platform, data access software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Magnitude Software said the buy will help it enable connectivity to heterogeneous applications, traditional and Big Data sources. Simba Software was based in Vancouver, Canada.
