Magnitude Software Acquires Datalytics Technologies

Austin-based Magnitude Software has acquired Datalytics Technologies, a developer of data warehouse software, the company said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Datalytics develops data warehouse software, which specifically works with SAP and Oracle ERP systems. Datalytics said the buy will help it extend its support for enterprise resoures planning (ERP) software and data. Datalytics was founded in 1984.
