Lombardi Signs Portguese Bank

Austin, Texas-based Lombari Software, a developer of business process management software, said earlier this week that its solutions have been deployed by Banco Espirito Santo SA, a financial institution in Portugal. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Lombardi said that Banco Espirito Santo will deploy its Teamworks BPM software suite throughout the organization. Lombardi's software is used to manage and control business processes. Lombardi is venture backed by Austin Ventures, Interwest Partners, Palomar Ventures, and Sanders Morris Harris.
