LifeSize Names New Sales VP

Austin-based LifeSize, a developer of high definition videoconferencing systems, said Thursday that it has named Joe Vitalone as Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Vitalone joins the firm from ShoreTel, and also has previously served at Polycom, ViaVideo Communications, PictureTel, and Mitel, along with CoVi Technologies, Siemens, At&T Wireless, and Wire One Technologies. The firm said that Vitalone will report to Adam Taylor, the firm's EVP of Worldwide Sales and Services.
