Layered Tech Installs Two VPs

Plano-based Layered Technologies has bolstered its executive team, saying today that it has named Kevin Van Mondfrans as Vice President of Product Management, and Winter Frost as Vice President of Operatoins and SErvice Delivery. Van Mondfrans has previously served at Dell and HP. Frost joins from Terremark ,and also has served at Savvis. Layered is a provider of dedicated hosting and other cloud and data services.
