Lanyon Merges With ACTIVE Network Business Solutions

Irving, Texas-based Lanyon, which provides software to the hospitality market, has merged with San Diego, California-based ACTIVE Network Business Solutions, the two companies announced Thursday. Financial terms of the merger were not announced. Both ACTIVE Network and Lanyon are owned by Vista Equity Partners. Both companies help connect businesses with hotels, and offer meeting and events management to those businesses.
