Intrinsity Takes $31.5M For Processor Cores

Austin-based Intrinsity said Monday morning that it has raised $31.5M in a Series E funding. The firm, which develops high-speed, low-power embedded processor cores for the semiconductor market, said that Adams Capital Management, Altitude Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs, The Hillman Company, and Northwater Capital Management all co-led the funding.
