Intervoice Appoints Director

Communications software developer Intervoice Inc. reported yesterday that it has appointed Michael J. Willner as a director. Intervoice said Willner, who was also named as the board's vice chairman, fills the seat vacated by Daniel D. Hammond, who resigned from the company's board on Sunday, citing business and personal reasons. Intervoice said Willner is founder and president of Willner Properties Services Inc., a privately held real estate investment company. Willner also serves as a director for the Paoli, Penn.-based Meridian Bank, Intervoice added. Founded in 1983, Intervoice is headquartered in Dallas and is a provider of voice-automation applications, contact center, and other telecommunications products.
