InovaWave Finds Funding

Austin, Texas-based InovaWave has raised a round of funding from Silverton Partners, according to a regulatory filing filed December 6th. InovaWave is a developer of software for the server virtualization space, centered around disk storage technology. InovaWave develops products for the popular VMware and Microsoft Virtual Server markets. According to publication Private Equity Week, the amount of the funding was $2M.
