INX Gets Cisco Certification

Houston-based INX, a provider of IP communications and data center products, reported today that the firm has become a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Advanced Technology Provider. The certification from Cisco covers Cisco's enterprise contact center products, which are used for call routing, computer telephony integration, and other functions. INX said the certification will be complimentary to its services for enterprise clients.
