Highland Capital Management Names Managing Director

Dallas-based investment management firm Highland Capital Management, which has $20 billion of assets under management, said today that it has named Jefef Seaver as a Managing Director for the company in Dallas. Seaver previouslys erved at Loomis Sayles, and also had served at Harris Investment Management and Nuveen.
