Healthvision to Acquire MediSolution Division

Dallas-based Healthvision, a provider of software and services for the health care industry, announced Wednesday that it has agreed to purchase the majority of the assets of MediSolution's Healthcare Products & Services division. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Headquartered in Montreal, MediSolution is a supplier of healthcare technology goods and services. The acquisition, Healthvision explained, allows the company to expand its reach into the Canadian marketplace. Once the deal has closed, Healthvision noted, MediSolution's Healthcare Products & Services division will operate under the Healthvision brand.
