GlobalSCAPE Launches Cloud-based Service

San Antonio-based GlobalSPACE, a developer of file transfer software, said today that it has launched a new, cloud-based offering called GlobalSCAPE Managed Information Exchange. The service offers online storage of large files and sensitive businesss information for companies. The firm said the launch of the effort comes as a result of a partnership with hosting provider RackSpace Hosting. Pricing on the new offering was not released.
