Geostellar Picks Up $7M From Matador Capital

Geostellar, a startup which helps link homeowners with solar power installers, said today that it has raised $7M in a financing round from Dallas-based Matador Capital Partners. The funding also included Select Venture Partners, Panacea Capital, Valentis Capital, along with angels and family offices. Geostellar is led by David Levine, and is based in West Virginia; the investment by Matador Capital Partners was led by Wicky el-Effendi. The funding was announced at SXSW Eco.
