GameStop Plans To Hire 28,000 For Holiday Season

Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop said this morning that it plans to hire 28,000 people to help staff the company's stores for the holiday season. The company said the seasonal associates at the company is a 14 percent increase over the company's hiring for the same period last year, 2014. The positions at GameStop begin October 18th and run until January 8th, and are available at in-store locations, for consumer electronic technicians at its refurbishment centers, and also for warehouse personnel in Grapevine, Texas an Louisville, Kentucky.
