GameStop Names Freeman VP

Grapevine-based GameStop said Tuesday evening that it has named Shawn D. Freeman as Senior Vice President and GM of Digital Business, who will oversee the firm's digital business strategy. According to GameStop, Freeman joins from Tickstnow.com, and has also served at Ticketmaster, Handango.com, Hotels.com, and Big Theory LLC/Focus 2. GameStop's Digital Ventures group manages both the firm's chain of retail stores as well as its e-commerce site.
