GameSalad Rolls Out iOS 8 Enhancements

Austin-based GameSalad, which develops software which helps people easily create videogame apps on iOS, has rolled out an enhanced version of its software optimized for Apple's new iOS 8. According to GameSalad, its updated Mac Creator 0.12 software now has iOS 8 compatibility, iPhone 6 and 6 plus support, Google Play IAP support, and new game templates. The company said it will also soon be releasing a similar update for its Windows version of GameSalad. GameSalad's software can create apps for both iOS and Android.
