G&A Partners Gains Control of HourDoc.com

Houston-based human resources firm G&A Partners revealed Wednesday that it has purchased a majority interest in HourDoc.com, a time-and-labor management technology company. Terms of the transaction were not reported. HourDoc.com is best known for its time-and-labor management system scalable, Web-based software that provides companies with tools to monitor and manage their employees. G&A provides hiring, staffing, workers compensation, compliance, benefits and payroll services for some 250 small- to mid-sized client companies throughout Texas. HourDoc.com is headquartered in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area.
