GENBAND Signs European Reseller

Plano-based GENBAND, a developer of equipment for the fixed and mobile carrier market, announced today that it has added Kapsch CarrierCom AG, a European reseller and system integration firm, as a partner. GENBAND said that Kapsch CarrierCom will distribute and support its products in Europe. Kapsch CarrierCom is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, and provides products to the GSM infrastructure market. Kapsch also recently acquired a chunk of Nortel's GSM assets.
