FieldAware Gets $24M For Mobile Field Service Software

Plano-based FieldAware said Wednesday that it has raised $24M in a funding round, to go towards its mobile, cloud-based field service automation software. According to the company, the funding was led by WestSummit's Summit Bridge Capital fund, and also included Silicon Valley Bank, OpenView Venture Partners, Atlantic Bridge Partners and Oyster Capital Partners. The company said the funding will go to accelerate scaling of its business. As part of the funding, WestSummit's David Lam joins the company's board.
