Fellowship Technologies Acquired By Active Network

Irving, Texas-based Fellowship Technologies, a developer of church management software, has been acquired by California firm Active Networks, the firms announced this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Fellowship Technologies develops software which helps churches manage their operations, fundraising, and other aspects of their ministry. Active Networks operates online sports registration, community organization, web content management, and other software-as-a-service for community groups. Fellowship Technologies was headed by Jeff Hook.
