Fairview Microwave Acquired By Genstar Capital

Allen, Texas-based RF parts maker Fairview Microwave, which is part of Infinite RF Holdings, has been acquired by private equity investor Genstar Capital, as part of a buyout of Infinite RF. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Genstar Capital said it acquired Infinite RF Holdings, including Fairview Microwave, Pasternack Enterprises, and Pasternack (Shanghai) Commercial Co. Ltd., as part of the acquisition.
