FSV Payment Systems Adds To Board

Houston-based FSV Payment Systems, a provider of processing services for prepaid gift cards, said Monday that it has appointed Richard "Rick" Savard to its board of directors. Savard was most recently CEO of Netspend, and currently advises venture capital and private equity firms. Savard also served at Federated Department Stores and American Express Canada.
