FMC Technologies Complets MPM Buy

Houston-based FMC Technologies, a provider of engineering design services for the oil and gas industry, announced Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Multi Phas meters (MPM), based in Stvanger, Norway. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MPM develops multiphase flow meters for the oil and gas industry.
