ESP Solutions Group Sells Unit

Austin-based ESP Solutions Group, a developer of products for the K-12 education market, has sold National Transcript Center (NTC), the firm's unit for electronic transcript and student record exchange services, to publisher Pearson. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Pearson, it will combine the National Transcript Center with its Edustructures unit, based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
