EDS Buys Indian Software Testing Firm

Plano, Texas-based EDS said today that it is in a definitive agreement to acquired RelQ Software Private Ltd., a Bangalore-based software testing company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. RelQ employs over 700 employees in India, the United Kingdom, The United States, and France. The acquisition is expected to close in May.
