Digby Rolls Out Mobile Storefront Software

Austin-based Digby said today that it has rolled out a new, mobile commerce software platform targeted at retailers According to Digby, its software allows smartphone users to buy products from retailers using their phones. The new software--which works with BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, iPhone, Android, and other mobile browser-based phones--includes access to a retailer's most popular products, address book integration, a store locator, and other features, the firm said. Digby said that both Godiva Chocolatier and 1-800-FLOWERS.COM have signed contracts to launch branded mobile storefronts using its product. The firm said that pricing is based on set up plus annual sales commitment, and starts at $7,500.
