DiCentral Buys QLogitek

Houston-based supply chain management software developer DiCentral has acquired the electronic data interchange (EDI) business assets of QLogitek, a Canadian supply chain software provider, in a deal worth $2.15M, the company said last week. DiCentral said the deal will accelerate its efforts in the cloud-based supply chain management market.
