DiCentral Buys Product Line

Houston-based DiCentral, a provider of electronic data interchange EDI) software, said late Wednesday that it has acquired two product lines, Trading Partners and Unite!, from EMANIO, Inc.. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DiCentral said the acquisition will expand its ability to simplify and automate the way customers, partners, and suppliers connect and communicate.
