DiCentral Buys ALLiGACOM

Houston-based DiCentral, the developer of supply chain management (SCM) software, has acquired one of its competitors, ALLiGACOM, the company said this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. ALLiGACOM is a provider of cloud-based, supply chain management software. DiCentral said ALLiGACOM's software is complementary to its existing products. ALLiGACOM says it has over 15,000 companies using its supply chain software.
