Dell Upgrades Cloud Email Security Service

Round Rock-based Dell announced an upgraded, cloud-based email security service today, SonicWALL Hosted Email Security 2.0. Dell said the service offers both inbound and outbound protection from such threats as spam, phishing, malware attacks, and more. Dell said the upgraded service now includes outbound email scanning to safeguard its customers against zombie emails and unauthorized senders, as well as emails which have been contaminated by malicious viruses. Pricing on the service was not announced, but Dell said the service is available on monthly or annual plans.
