Dell Swizzles Board

Round Rock-based Dell said late Tuesday that it has named Shantanu Narayen, President and CEO of Adobe, to the firm's board. Narayen replaces Sallie L. Krawcheck, who resigned from the firm's board. According to Dell, Krawcheck resigned to focus on responsibilities at Global Wealth and Investment Management for Bank of America. Narayen has been CEO of Adobe since Decembe rof 2007, and also served at Pictra, Silicon Graphics, and Apple.
