Dell Seeks More Info From Carl Icahn

Round Rock-based Dell released a letter today to Carl Icahn, seeking more information on his bid for the company, after Friday's $21 billion offer for the computer maker. According to the letter, Dell is requesting information on the source of financing for the proposal; liquidity needs after the acquisition; who Icahn would install for senior leadership; and more. Icahn made a competing bid for Dell Friday, looking to unseat the current bid by Michael Dell and Silver Lake to take Dell private.
